Boutique agency is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their rapidly growing team! Get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company with immense growth potential. You will take part in complex and innovative projects, creating products used by millions of people every day.

UX/UI Designer Duties:
- Oversee interdisciplinary teams through research, strategy development, concepting, product definition, and design
- Be hands on in business decision working closely with leadership
- Create low and high fidelity mock ups, wireframes and prototypes
- Design pixel perfect visual assets for web and mobile
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand user problems and business challenges and devise simple and elegantly designed solutions
- Deliver polished, delightful and effective UI for responsive Web
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise the bar for quality
- Help establish and iterate on design systems to support rapid design and development

UX/UI Designer Requirements:
- 5-10+ years experience
- Ideal background in an agency setting
- Proficient in Figma
- Life science / biotech / pharma, etc. is a plus
- Desire for long term growth within a company and career advancement
