Our national mortgage client is seeking a Marketing, Project Coordinator to join their team for a few months.

The ideal Marketing, Project Coordinator will have experience coordinating campaigns on a marketing team, coordinating projects from end to end ensuring all parts are moving smoothly and have basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills.

- Reporting into the Marketing Tech Manager, serve as the marketing coordinator on the team
- Edit PSD and Illustrator files as needed and format files for exporting to appropriate mediums such as banners and emails
- Ensure the proper channeling of assets, work flow and communication is seamless for various marketing campaign projects
- Coordinate the social content calendar and email marketing calendar
- Work with parties across the marketing technologies and communications teams to ensure timelines are met and projects are where they need to be

- Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to make general edits to Photoshop and Illustrator files
- Experience coordinating social media and email marketing schedules
- Ability to speak to your experience pushing projects through to completion and how you've overcame obstacles in work flow in the past
