Leading Production House is seeking a Post Production Supervisor to join their team full time!

This is an onsite opportunity that might allow for WFH flexibility by the end of 2022. It's mandatory candidates are local to LA and willing to go onsite in DTLA Monday - Friday.

Reporting to the Executive Producer & CEO, the Post Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the post production department.

Responsibilities:
-develop and implement best practices and workflows from project inception to delivery
-maintain quality and accuracy of all deliverables coming out of the department
-manage the online and finishing process
-actively prepare for upcoming demands and work to prepare for them

Requirements:
-5+ years in a Post Production Supervisor (or related) role
-Hands on / working knowledge of Adobe Premiere
-Ability to train and help manage a team of producers, coordinators and assistant editors
-Must be client facing
-Must have entertainment, digital and broadcast experience
