Our agency client is looking for a UX Designer to join their team on a Temp to Hire basis.

The UX Designer will lead the design of internal and client websites, reviewing analytics and web performance, performing audits, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize performance.

UX Designer Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Lead website design and development projects to optimize client websites.
- Analyze website data to find areas of opportunity and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Work alongside internal creative teams and external development vendor to develop high-performing web products.
- Conduct user research such as card sorting to understand and identify key aspects to include in wireframes.
- Design wireframes and work alongside developers to implement design.

UX Designer Requirements:
- 5+ years UX Design experience; agency experience preferred.
- Strong UX research and design experience, with an ability to work independently to execute projects.
- Comfortable analyzing website data and providing strategic recommendations for clients.
