Graphic Designer - Hybrid

Our client in Tysons, VA is looking for a Graphic Designer to support their team, 40 hours/week for at least 3-6 months with an option to convert.

This a hybrid role, with 3 days onsite each week.

The ideal Graphic Designer must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, while keeping organized and maintaining the highest standard of design quality in all work.

Responsibilities for the Graphic Designer include:
- Work with the Creative Lead to generate conceptualize and create graphics including logos, icons and vector illustrations
- Design and lay out a variety of print and online materials, such as publications (offering memorandums), flyers, brochures, marketing boards, emails, direct mail pieces, PowerPoint presentations, event materials and eblasts.

Requirements for Graphic Designer include:
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience
- Must be proficient use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and PowerPoint
- You MUST have experience with long form publication style documents
- Knowledge of file resolution, sizes and types, etc.
- Highly organized, motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task under the pressure of deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree
- Commercial real estate experience a HUGE plus
