Rate $140,000 - $150,000/yr + BONUS
Our agency client in Alexandria, VA is looking for a Director of UX to join their team.

The agency is currently remote and will be hybrid in the future.

Duties of the Director of UX:
- Understand the client's business goals, requirements, problems, etc
- Provide recommendations and solutions to meet client goals and requirements
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to produce responsive digital products
- Advise and assist with the development of content layouts to provide visually appealing designs and a high quality user experience
- Advise on the development of journey maps, personas
- Present solutions and recommendations to clients - proactively identifying opportunities to improve and enhance the client's product
- Mentor and manage members of the UX team

Requirements of the Director of UX:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of UX/UI experience
- 2+ years of experience leading a UX team/department
- Experience planning, designing and facilitating workshops, user feedback etc
- Knowledge of Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc
- Experience developing wireframes, sitemaps, user journeys
- Experience interfacing with clients, scoping projects, etc
