UX Designer - Fully Remote/Off-site

Rate Up to $45.45/hour
Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a UX Designer to join their team on a 6 month contract with possibility to extend or convert to FT. This position is 40 hours a week and you must work Central work hours.

Duties of the UX Designer:
- Work with UX researchers to identify user needs and understand how users navigate the content
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback into actionable next steps
- Develop user centered designs based on feedback, personas, user research, technical constraints
- Leverage proven patterns to enhance and optimize products - establish and shape fractal components in collaboration with UI Designers
- Design accessibility features
- Ensure consistency for features and functions across the user journey
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap
- Facilitate workshops - journey mapping, problem statement
- Contribute to user story evolution and define business goals

Requirements of the UX Designer:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience as a UX design, product designer
- Experience with web and mobile platforms
- Experience with Sketch, Adobe CC - XD
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Excellent storytelling and interpersonal and analytics skills
