A home fragrance retail client is looking for a Director of eCommerce & Digital Growth to join its growing eCommerce division. This is a FULL-TIME, FLEXIBLE position.

**While this company is open to remote, the CEO would ideally like someone to be located in the Houston area and willing to come onsite or work hybrid**

Company is located in Houston (Sugar Land) and if someone is willing be move and work onsite or hybrid then the company is open to relocate the right fit.

The Director of eCommerce & Digital Growth will manage the company's website. They will also be the website merchandiser. The Director will manage the SEO for the website that is submitted by a third party agency.

This position is great for someone interested in all things as far as styling and the look and functionality of the site.

Additionally, this candidate needs to have strong people and management skills as they will manage the advertising and creative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Help design go-to-market strategy for new eCommerce products to drive customer acquisition
+ Contribute to development of end-to-end customer experience for new products and provide program requirements to technology teams to build eCommerce and/or digital experience
+ Collaborate with pricing, styling, merchandising, and enterprise analytics teams to define and execute pricing and any merchandising strategies
+ Work with marketing to develop go-to-market plan, marketing campaigns, and content to support commercialization.
+ Work cross-functionally with supply chain management and operating sites to plan for and execute operations and logistics necessary to support any new offerings, as well as ensure strong change management with any operational implications

REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
+ 5-7+ years of experience
+ Experience at retail companies across functional areas, such as digital, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, operations, etc.
+ Experience with some elements of building out new teams from the ground up, which could include product and/or service development, end-to-end digital and customer experience, go-to-market and pilot design, and collaboration with cross-functional team to launch, pilot, and scale
+ Strong data analytical skills

Preferred:
+ Experience in Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar
+ Experience in a functional area such as merchandising, pricing, operations, supply chain, digital, etc.
