Our university client is looking for a Paid Media Manager (Social) to join their team. This is a direct hire position. The position is fully remote with periodic onsite meetings.

The ideal candidate will have extensive paid media experience for social media.

Duties of the Paid Media Manager (Social):
- Lead the strategy, execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns largely focused on social media channels
- Set and measure campaign metrics and KPIs for optimization and to increase ROI
- Produce reports on findings and opportunities to optimize campaigns
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on paid campaigns
- Own the outside agency vendor relationships - manage deliverables and implementation
- Collaborate across creative and marketing team to effectively produce marketing campaigns

Requirements of the Paid Media Manager (Social):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in search, display, paid social media
- Strong understanding for Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Google and Bing Ads highly preferred
- Experience analyzing data and optimizing based on findings
