Programmatic Media Buyer - WFH during Covid-19

Our advocacy client in Washington, DC is looking for a Programmatic Media Buyer to join their team. This is a direct hire position.

You will be overseeing the development the client's programmatic media approach including display, video, CTV/OTT. You will have a proven track record in the programmatic space - creating and deploying strategy to maximize media spends.

Duties of the Programmatic Media Buyer:
- Evaluate, negotiate, plan and purchase media through programmatic display, direct display, video, CTV/OTT/PTV and Private Market Places for desktop, in-mobile brown and in-mobile app
- Oversee tagging, reporting, trafficking, optimizing, pacing etc of programmatic campaign executions
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights - measure KPIs against benchmarks
- Evaluate, negotiate and purchase media through PMP (Undertone, Yieldmo, LoopMe, SpotX)
- Provide recommendations to grow and scale existing programs
- Manage and build partnerships with advertising partners

Requirements of the Programmatic Media Buyer:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years in a programmatic buying or planning role
- Experience with The Trade Desk, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleClick Bid or other ad server and DPS is required
- Expert knowledge of Excel - advanced Excel functions
- Hands on experience in ad tagging and trafficking in DoubleClick Campaign, Thunder DCO, Liveramp, Adobe etc
- Knowledge of digital media planning parameters and measurement criteria
- Knowledge of syndicated media research & systems (Nielsen, comScore, Acxiom, Epsilon, etc)
