Our Agency client is looking for a Creative Director on the Copy side to join their team on a full time basis.

Creative Director Responsibilities:
-Oversee a team of 2+ people in the creative department.
-Collaborate with creative department and marketing department to conceptualize and design collateral for the agency's clients.
-Work as a team with the Art Director, Graphic Designer to develop digital and print collateral for several clients in the senior living space.
- Lead and direct the creative team to by inspiring new ideas and concepts for client branding, marketing communications, ad campaigns and more.
-Assist with hiring and training creative staff as the creative department grows.

Creative Director Requirements:
-8+ years of specific experience
-Experience managing and/or leading 1+ direct reports.
-High level proficiency Adobe CC and some knowledge of website architecture, visual/UX design and minor HTML editing.

Bonus:
-Agency experience is preferred, not required.
-Any experience designing for (or working with) senior living or 55+ real estate clients is preferred, not required.

*This is a flexible remote opportunity. The preference is for the Creative Director to come onsite for biweekly or monthly team meetings*
