Our established start-up FinTech client is looking for a Marketing Director to lead both strategy and execution of multichannel B2B campaigns to support key product and lead generation initiatives.

The Marketing Director must have a strong background in leading B2B marketing programs in the financial services and/or FinTech industry. Must be comfortable handling strategy and execution of marketing initiatives.

Marketing Director Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic growth marketing strategy to support lead generation and sales conversion for a C-Level B2B audience.
- Create compelling content strategy to support KPIs, producing blogs, decks and gated content to nurture leads through marketing funnel.
- Measure and optimize email and paid search campaigns to drive conversions.
- Publish and manage content within WordPress site and manage campaigns within Hubspot.
- Manage budget and its allocation across channels and external vendors and resources.
- Collaborate with Executive team to provide updates and strategic recommendations to support overall business growth strategy.

Marketing Director Requirements:
- 8+ years B2B marketing experience within the financial services, FinTech or B2B SaaS space.
- Comfortable being both strategic and execution focused in a fast moving startup environment.
- Strong multichannel digital marketing background ; Hubspot and WordPress experience strongly preferred.
