Our agency client in Washington, DC is looking for a talented Creative Project Manager with excellent account management skills to join their team. This is a full-time position. This position will be hybrid remote and onsite in the future.

The ideal Creative Project Manager candidate will have a strong understanding of creative, marketing and PR campaigns, experience interfacing with clients, and exceptional time management skills.

Duties of the Creative Project Manager:
- Have a high level view of the various client projects in the pipeline and ensure all deliverables are meeting timelines, budgets and team resources are properly allocated across projects
- Work with Accounts team to collect business requirements and project scope from the client
- Collaborate with internal teams to create project timelines and priorities
- Manage communication to internal stakeholders and clients regarding deliverables, status updates, potential roadblocks
- Forsee potential project roadblocks and work to resolve them in advance - prevent scope creep
- Attend meetings, update clients, and manage communication regarding deliverables - reasonable deadlines, scope and deliverables
- Advise clients on opportunities to further engage the agency's services
- Act as the creative team expert for agency capabilities, cross functional opportunities, etc
- Provide meeting notes, feedback on deliverables, etc

Requirements of the Creative Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications
- 4+ years of project management or account management experience
- Extensive knowledge of Creative, Marketing and PR campaigns - a strong understanding of creative deliverables
- Knowledge of Basecamp a plus
- Experience working directly with clients on budgets, scope, project timelines
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple large scale creative projects
