Our brand and marketing agency client in Alexandria, VA is looking for a Paid Search Coordinator to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to help plan, execute and measure ad campaigns for a variety of verticals.

The ideal Paid Search Coordinator will understand how paid search campaigns fit within the whole marketing ecosystem.

Duties of the Paid Search Coordinator:
- Work with Marketing lead and client to identify KPIs, develop campaign plans/budgets and recommend specific strategies for digital channels
- Analyze paid channel performance along with web or online platform data to identify key trends
- Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns based on data
- Oversee the day to day paid search campaign strategy and management to produce the best ROI possible
- Advise on paid media best practices and trends
- Assist with the optimization of websites for SEO, and lead generation
- Prepare and present reports, to internal teams and clients, that show ROI

Requirements of the Paid Search Coordinator:
- 2+ years of paid media, SEM experience
- Digital agency experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified in Google Ads, Google Analytics highly preferred
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, etc a plus
- Experience managing paid search campaigns
- Experience being client facing a plus
- Experience utilizing data to demonstrate ROI and set KPIs
