Our client is a global nonprofit dedicated to transforming buildings and communities that is looking for a Public Relations & Communications Manager to join their team.
The Public Relations & Communications Manager will work fully remote on a temp to perm basis, 40 hours per week, supporting communications efforts and media relations globally.
Public Relations & Communications Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage media lists, proactively pitching and reacting to media inquiries.
- Write press releases and other articles to garner media attention for key campaigns and other industry updates.
- Gather reports and track media impressions within Cision, ensuring reach is captured effectively.
- Coordinate with SME's to coordinate interviews and capture content to convey industry insights.
Public Relations & Communications Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years public relations and communications experience.
- Strong writing and editing skills including press releases and articles.
- Experience building and managing media lists and using public relations tools such as Cision.
- Background in building and sustainability topics a plus.
