Our advocacy agency client in Washington, DC is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team on a temp to perm contract. This is an exciting opportunity. The position is 40 hours a week. You must have your own laptop.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for advocacy work.
Duties of the Graphic Designer:
- Design digital and print collateral based on creative brief and brand guidelines
- Liase directly with the client to ensure all collateral meets brand standards and guidelines
- Design websites based on templates
Requirements of the Graphic Designer:
- 2+ years of Graphic or Visual Design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design
- Experience designing websites, social graphics, web banners
- Experience working with a client highly preferred
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Knowledge of After Effects, XD a plus
