Our digital media client in Washington, DC is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their Conversion Marketing team on an ongoing contract with good possibility to go full-time.

The ideal Marketing Analyst will have experience monitoring and analyzing the performance of various marketing campaigns and programs. You will thrive on analyzing data as a tool to inform campaign strategies.

Duties of the Marketing Analyst:
- Monitor the performance of a new product launch
- Manage all aspects of the new product launch including point of sale promotions, conversion after promotional period
- Support the education and launch of the new product campaign at point of sales
- Motion product launch and provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve implementation and execution
- Work with Field Marketing teams to collect data and insights to increase engagements
- Work with Marketing Analytics team to develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide 360 view of program/campaign performance
- Based on data insights, determine opportunities to increase awareness and conversion
- Work with Sr. Conversion Managers and Strategy team to monitor the ROI on conversion marketing programs across the product lines
Requirements of the Marketing Analyst:
- 3+ years of marketing operations or marketing analytics experience
- Experience measuring the performance of digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Extensive knowledge of Tableau
- Experience launching a new product a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and project management skills
- Experience working on B2C conversion or loyalty campaigns a plus
- Experience translating data into insights and actionable recommendations
