Our media client is looking for a Manager of Digital Subscriptions & Retention.

This role is:
- Fully remote
- Direct hire

The role of the Manager of Digital Subscriptions & Retention is to focus on increasing average subscriber lifetime value, annual revenue per user, and increasing subscriber product usage. Day-to-day, you will:
- Coordinate marketing efforts via direct reports, executive leadership and adjacent teams
- Establish, monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIS) throughout the subscriber lifestyle
- Develop clear and informative reporting, communicate results to key stakeholders and leadership
- Identify user experience improvements and research key competitors
- Evaluate and optimize billing processes and technologies to maximize revenue capture rates
- Work with customer / call center teams to standardize best practices

Must haves:
- Experience managing a team (more than one direct report)
- Experience in a role where customer LTV was a key success metric
- Experience in media, entertainment or publishing
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing - ideally media and/or newsroom experience
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and use data to drive decision making
