Our nonprofit client in Washington, DC is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team, part time, offsite. There is potential for hours to increase and the role to convert to full time.

This position is a hybrid of digital fundraising campaign management (~75%) and a digital content developer (~25%).

This Digital Marketing Manager will be implementing digital fundraising strategy and managing the companies user experience across platforms including email messaging, donation forms, crowdfunding campaigns, social media ads, website experience, and more.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Meet short-term and long-term goals for revenue and engagement from new and existing members
- Design and deploy outbound email campaigns from start to finish to engage donors and prospects including drafting copy, designing graphics, preparing the layout, collecting feedback/approval and sending the emails.
- Develop and maintain a digital campaign calendar to plan and implement all aspects of the campaign, from preparation to launch and reporting.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine optimal strategy on a variety of elements including content, format, call to action, graphics, segment, etc.
- Develop monthly donor newsletter and other impact communications.
- Analyze data and monitor metrics and trends from multiple sources including Google Analytics, Salesforce and Pardot to determine optimal digital communications strategy and opportunities for improvement of fundraising goals (ROI).

Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Digital Marketing Experience
- Must be proficient in Google Analytics and digital platform such as Salesforce, Classy, Pardot or something similar
- Experience editing graphics in Photoshop
- Ability to code HTML for emails
- Bachelors degree
