Our financial services client in Washington, DC is looking for Customer Experience Designer to join their team on a 6 month contract. This position is ONSITE and 40 hours a week.

The ideal candidate has experience designing digital products and mobile applications. You should have extensive prototyping experience.

Duties of the Customer Experience Designer:
- Utilize user centered design thinking to drive research, discovery, ideation, creation and delivery solutions for digital platforms
- Research stakeholder requirements to develop new design concepts
- Create compelling user interfaces that can be scaled
- Develop and iterate rapid models for evaluation and user testing
- Deliver full design product lifecycle -- customer journey, digital experience, service design

Requirements of the Customer Experience Designer:
- 3+ years of experience designing for mobile interfaces, deploying and maintaining product features
- Expert knowledge of digital design tools - Sketch, InVision, Abstract
- In-house creative studio or agency experience
- Experience operating in an agile environment
