Our client is searching for a Marketing Manager for their business division to work closely with our marketing and production staff on several business service brands. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic professional who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate advice and provide creative input to help advance their brands.

The Marketing Manager will analyze industry sector trends and demand for services and products, and create strategies to market brands. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with sales, financial staff, operations and production teams to ensure successful implementation. The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing.

Marketing Manager responsibilities
• Perform regular market research to gather brand data; including competitor research and market/product positioning
• Develop marketing plans and promotional messaging for products
• Create, monitor and report on marketing budgets
• Work closely with Creative Director to manage brand marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand messages are consistent; Create brand content, as well as managing copyediting/proofing of brand projects (Media pitches, press releases, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, advertisements and other marketing materials)
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, report campaign results
• Assist in development of social media strategy and campaigns
• Assist with design/implementation of email marketing campaigns
• Assist in maintaining company websites
• Research and develop topics and content for blog posts and newsletters
• Manage projects with contracted agencies – from concept through completion
• Communicate with Director of Marketing Director, and the Vice President of Marketing, and other senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
• Treat others with openness, integrity and respect including a dedication to high-quality standards for job and company
Marketing Manager qualifications and skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
• 3+ year’s relevant experience in marketing
• Ideal candidates will have experience in the following areas: marketing, communications, social media, public relations, advertising, promotions, and event planning
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing with demonstrated success executing digital channel strategies
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer focus
• Experience in packaging design and retail display creation
