Our Real Estate Client is looking for a Social Media Manager to work onsite for a freelance to full-time opportunity. This would be 100% onsite in Roswell.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and executing comprehensive social media plans to increase web traffic, drive new customer acquisitions, and increase brand awareness
- Creating engaging and relevant copy for a variety of social media platforms
- Working within existing design templates to create publication-ready layouts using numerical data, photographs, charts, and other visual graphic elements
- Oversee multiple accounts and engage with clients to obtain a clear understanding of their requirements and keep them informed of progress
- Collaborating with design team, Creative Director and Marketing Managers to produce projects

Social Media Manager Requirements:
- A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns
- Demonstrated writing and proofreading skills
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator is preferred
- Common photo retouching abilities, including
professional-level silhouetting skills preferred
- Extremely strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills; solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure to consistently meet tight deadlines and to field numerous requests from multiple clients

Bonus is you have:
- Marketing for real estate experience
- Knowledge of web design and video editing

This is an onsite freelance to full-time opportunity in Roswell.
