Our client, a DC based marketing firm is searching for a Digital Marketing Director with agency and/or political experience to lead integrated multichannel strategies and campaign development.

Must be able to work quickly, within a fast paced environment and be comfortable working on Republican campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Director will lead the execution of digital campaigns with a specific focus on critical and creative testing. This includes utilizing the latest tools in ad tech, email marketing, and web development to reach, engage, and convert target audiences for political candidates, committees, and causes.

Digital Marketing Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee email builds and deployment in various email platforms, and pulling metrics and preparing reports.
- Supervise multichannel digital ad campaign setup, optimization, and reporting using various platforms such as our demand-side platform, Facebook, Twitter, and Google Ads.
- Manage digital services, including strategy, production, client relationships, vendor relationships, business administration, and special projects.
- Create campaign projections for clients, pulling metrics, analyzing results, and providing strategic recommendations for metric improvements.
- Manage the creative process with the graphic design and web development teams.
- Support digital sales efforts by drafting RFP responses and proposals for new business.
- Onboard new clients, develop projections, and oversee the discovery period with the firm's account team.
- Mentor and coach team members, including providing guidance with training and professional development

Digital Marketing Director Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital, marketing, or advertising: agency and/or political campaign required
- Must be Google Ad Certified
- Experience in building and deploying emails, working in digital ad platforms, and using Salesforce or other CRMs
- Proficient in the use of program management software
- Ability to delegate tasks and manage a small team
- Excellent writing and editing skills, for industry-related documents (e.g., strategy proposals, creative briefs, results analyses, etc.)
