Rate FL: Up to $55/hour
FT: Up to $110,000/year

Our client in Crystal City, VA is looking for a talented Product Designer to join their team on an ongoing contract with possibility to convert to full-time. This role is 37.5 hours a week and is onsite 3 days a week.

The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with product managers, developers and SMEs to create consumer first products across web and mobile.

Duties of the UX Designer:
- Lead the development of product roadmaps and goals
- Design wireframes and create hifi mockups for stakeholder feedback
- Conduct testing and iterate the product designs based on the feedback
- Present product ideas, goals, problems, and solutions to stakeholders
- Track and report on design and product changes
- Define the qualitative and quantitative data for each product/project
- Rapidly prototype iterations of the product

Requirements of the UX Designer:
- Bachelor's degree in Design
- 2+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer
- Experience working as a product designer
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision, HTML/CSS
- Experience designing mobile and web products
- Experience working on legal, tax or government products a plus
