Our Agency client in Baltimore, MD is looking for a Public Relations Specialist to join their team on a full time basis.

Public Relations Specialist Responsibilities:
-70% of the role will focus on social media management, while 30% will focus on the public relations aspects.
-Write press releases, develop and cultivate media relationships to promote client brands and products.
-Manage an estimated 4-5 clients, implementing annual and ongoing campaign specific plans for each client. (including setting and analyzing KPIs, managing social advertising spend, social media calendars and more).
-Lead and mentor 2 Account Managers focused on social media and PR for clients as well.

Public Relations Specialist Requirements:
-3-4+ years of experience
-Must have a depth of social media experience (including managing calendars, posts, outreach, driving traffic etc.)
-Must have strong writing skills and must provide sample press releases for review.
-Must have experience leading and/or managing atleast one person.
-Agency and/or CPG experience

**This role is currently 100% remote. However a hybrid schedule will be implemented once it is safe to do so. The Public Relations Specialist will eventually be responsible for working 1 day per week, onsite in Baltimore,MD in 2022.
