Our financial client is seeking a Head of Product to join their executive team and inspire engineers, product managers, and designers to lead new innovation and user-centric initiatives focused on real-estate investment.

This is a fully remote role based in Atlanta. The client is seeking a Head of Product with experience in three main areas:

- minimum 10 years Tech Product Management experience
- launching and scaling consumer-faced products
- high degree of financial literacy

Head of Product Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the product strategy,direction, and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead user-centric initiatives, engaging product designs that reflect the needs and desires of users through research
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and other teams to prioritize features, optimize workflows, and drive product success.
- Utilize data analytics and user feedback to continuously iterate on products, driving improvements and optimizing performance.

Head of Product Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in tech product management and development, with leadership experience.
- Success in launching and scaling consumer-facing products, emphasizing design and innovation.
- High degree of financial literacy, comfortable with basic concepts related to building and managing a personal portfolio of investments in public and private market securities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Mentor and inspire teams

Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the companys 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.
