We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Traffic Manager to support our Property Management client . The ideal candidate must have property management or multifamily experience and understand the industry.

This is a 20 - 30 hour a week part-time position with 2-3 days of onsite work in Atlanta, Georgia. The role is also open to candidates in the Houston/Dallas,Texas office.

Project Manager/Traffic Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing and directing multiple projects
- Review and suggest/implement current processes for improvement
- Manage marketing creative firms, design signage, flyers, etc
- Analysis of digital spend
- Reach out and manage vendor relationships
- Manage Lease-ups
- Ability to follow-up to meet deadlines and needs
- Ensure deliverables are getting to the right folks on the marketing team in a timely fashion for review or for them to pass on to others.

Project Manager/Traffic Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience as project or traffic manager for marketing and creative work
- Must have experience in managing projects in the property management industry
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- Experience with other organizational software platforms (Lease-Up)
- Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
