Our client is looking for a Project Manager to support integration of work, communications, and strategy. The Project Manager will interface directly with all areas of the organization within the customer experience division and cross-divisional teams, and will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesion.

Role will consist of supporting presentation development for critical executive forums, coordinating internal cross team reporting, and supporting special projects in developing and executing solutions across
the team. Special projects may include, but not be limited to, International Wi-Fi Roadmap,Service Recovery Strategy, Team Health Initiatives, etc.

The ideal candidate is an individual that can identify the business requirements and develop a plan accordingly
with a passion for people, process, and collaboration.

MUST have good communication skills, a strong organizational capacity, and the skillset to quickly produce executive-level content (e.g. PPT deck building).

Primary Functions:
- Presentation Development: assist in the development of executive decks, internal education materials, and ad hoc presentation needs
- Cross-Team Reporting: support existing cross-team reporting needs, and build out new processes here as needed to ensure cohesion across teams
- Project Coordination: coordinate project management for key strategic initiatives with cross-team implications (e.g. Service Recovery, International Wi-Fi). Manage roadmap
documents and coordinate status updates
- Project Support & Strategic Solutioning: support targeted projects as needed with building and implementing cross-team solutions (e.g. INTL Wi-Fi coverage gaps
solutioning, INOP Wi-Fi tracking and coordination)
- Internal Support: serve as a support resource in executing solutions to enable better ways of working within the team. Examples may include onboarding,development, offsite coordination, financial tracking, etc.

REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience in a related field required
- 3+ years of relevant business experience required
- Strong written communication skills with ability to quickly produce executive-level content (e.g., deck building, email)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills required, with an emphasis on seeking input and understanding concerns of other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills: ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must have advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong conceptual thinking skills and ability to translate into a compelling story
- Passion for improving processes and identifying new solutions
- Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles

This is a 40 hour a week, freelance opportunity that will require being onsite for 2-3 days a week near the Atlanta airport.
