Our outdoor client is looking for an experienced freelance Graphic Designer to join their team of creative designers. The Packaging Graphic Designer is expected to work up to 40 hours a week.

The Packaging Graphic Designer will be required to execute the clients packaging and branding needs with little supervision and have the ability to execute big project from concept to design. This position has opportunities for full-time employment, but will start on a 3 month trial.

This is a hybrid 2 day a week role. You will be provided MAC technology and software.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of new and current branding projects
Lead the design and production process for primary and secondary packaging/marketing needs
Ensure design work accurately represents the brand
Ability to prepare packaging production for vendors
Assist with website design

Packaging Graphic Designer Requirements
Minimum 3 years of design experience, with knowledge or direct experience in packaging design
Strong typography skill
Portfolio of work that showcases your creativity and excellence in design
Proficient in common design applications such as Illustrator and Photoshop, InDesign is a plus but not required
Detailed and organized, with good communication skills
Ability to use excel

Graphic Design Knowledge
Knowledge of packaging regulations
Knowledge of production process
