Our real estate client is looking for a PR & Communication Specialist to join their team onsite. This role will work on public relations, internal and external communications, as well as the day-to-day activities for assigned social campaigns, supporting business units and key corporate initiatives.

Other key areas of responsibility for the PR & Communications Specialist include media relations, customer relationship management, owning the editorial pitch calendar and leading brand awareness efforts that support the brands messaging framework. This includes creative storytelling around internal and external communications, press alerts, video scripts, award submissions, staff/agent recognition, office openings and analytics reporting.

Public Relations Responsibilities:
Craft media materials, including media lists, pitch letters, surveys, fact sheets and press releases
Ongoing monitoring for earned media placements
Manage coverage trackers and develop monthly reports
Create written content pieces including articles, letters, video scripts and blog posts, award entries/recognition and more
Provide specific direction for social media platforms and design a strategy to grow followers across the board and correlate the theme and content of a newsletter that reflects the said direction

Social Media Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with team to ensure execution of the social media program that supports brand marketing efforts
Oversee all social media strategies, platforms and content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc
Develop and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly social media calendaring
Responsible for monitoring social media conversations
Support special projects on behalf of leadership
Create, design, and post graphics as needed

Requirements:
5+ years PR/social media experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Hootsuite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to consistently demonstrate clear, effective, grammatically correct and open communications skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing communications best practices and trends.
Ability to evaluate communications and public relations programs, campaigns, concepts and determine audience engagement and operational efficiency opportunities
An eye for detail, in copyrighting and creative design

This is an onsite opportunity for 40 hours a week.
