Our FinTech client is looking for a Paid Search Manager to drive paid search execution and reporting, contributing measurable revenue to the bottom line.

This role requires experience using Adobe Ad Cloud.

Paid Search Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize enterprise-level paid search accounts in Google and Bing utilizing Adobe Advertising Cloud for Search (formerly AMO) to maximize overall conversions and sales revenue.
- Oversee the daily performance and hands-on management of search campaigns.
- Track budget pacing and manage budget in search engines and Ad Cloud.
- Make regular optimizations to campaigns including bid optimizations, keyword optimizations (through keyword expansion and negative keyword additions), audience optimizations, bid-adjustment optimizations, etc.
- Write ad copy for search ads and work with legal teams for approval before implementing.
- Maintain performance reports and clearly communicate campaign updates, progress reports, timelines, and test results to various stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Perform data analyses with insights from Adobe Analytics and Ad Cloud.
- Identify the most relevant opportunities, communicate learnings and develop optimization plans.
- Provide recommendations for testing of messaging, destinations, keywords, tactics, audiences, etc.
- Stay current with all SEM industry trends and be on top of emerging SEM technologies, opportunities, and innovations.
- Assist with Search Engine/Adobe Ad Cloud configuration, reporting, and automated bid algorithms.


Requirements for the Paid Search Manager:
- Minimum 2 years? experience as a Paid Search Marketing professional, running enterprise-level (monthly budgets greater than $100K) SEM campaigns in-house or at an agency with Adobe Advertising Cloud/Media Optimizer. (required)
- Experience with Adobe Ad Cloud/Adobe Media Optimizer & Adobe Analytics (required)
- Proven track record of improving ROI from paid search.
- Experience building, bulk editing, and optimizing campaign, keywords and ads within Google Ads & Bing Ads Editor platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, corporate environment working individually and with teams.
- Ability to communicate technical information and complex data clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.

This is a 100% remote, freelance to full-time opportunity.
