Our client, an in international life-sciences nonprofit in Horsham, PA, is looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to join their team!

This is a partially remote opportunity with flexible work-from-home options.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be:
• Establishing strong marketing and communications goals focused on brand awareness, lead generation, contact nurturing, and supporting the achievement of revenue goals tied to the client’s portfolio of products in the region.
• Developing and executing against the Americas marketing budget, with responsibility for overseeing regional marketing spend.
• Providing regular reporting and recommendations based on ongoing analysis of campaign performance data.
• Engaging members of the Global Marketing Team to develop and execute successful multichannel strategic marketing campaigns for the Americas region.
• Adhering to existing SOPs related to invoice and budget management, style guide, social media, campaign tracking / coding, while looking for ways to further streamline processes and create greater efficiencies.

The Senior Marketing Manager will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• Minimum of 7+ years’ overall experience with 5+ years’ marketing experience in a related field (health care, pharmaceuticals, life sciences) in a progressively challenging role.
• Strong knowledge of event marketing and proven record of successful campaigns with measurable results.
• Ability to balance strategy development and tactical execution, with extensive experience planning and implementing all aspects of marketing campaigns, including strategy, testing, database management, creative oversight, customer segmentation, channel forecasting and budgeting.
• An effective, influential communicator in a diverse range of settings.
