Our client, an integrated brand strategy, design, and technology agency is looking for a full-time Proposal Coordinator to join their team.

The Proposal Coordinator plays a key role in the generation and assembly of proposals, agreements, and informational scope decks and presentations.

The Proposal Coordinator will be:
- Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and various team members to confirm approach prior to document generation.
- Leverage existing content and creative assets to create scope documents and present information that is easy to understand and aligns with clients’ needs, values, and requirements.
- Collaborate with various team members to curate bespoke content when needed for pitch decks, proposal responses, and other support materials.
- Proofread and edit documents prior to submission, sometimes created by other team members.
- Command a strong understanding of the client, its differentiators, service offerings, and clients to aid in external communication and proposal development.
- Ensure client satisfaction during formal RFP processes, including but not limited to tracking and managing RFP timelines; providing clients with requested assets (e.g., case studies, client references); and submitting RFP questions or documents.
- Update and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage/track proposals in tandem with other Business Development and Account Management team members.
- Participate in internal business development meetings and external client meetings centered on proposal presentation and scope Q&A.

The Proposal Coordinator will have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in business development document, proposal, and presentation creation or comparable document writing or creation roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including written and presentation abilities as well as the ability to create polished professional documents and presentations.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Problem-solving skills and a solution-driven attitude.
A desire to collaborate with clients and internal team members to accomplish goals and exceed expectations.
- Comfort working quickly and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Powerpoint, and Keynote.
