Our client, a financial services company in South Jersey, is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join their marketing team for a full-time opportunity!

This will begin remote, with anticipated return to the office later this year, preferably 2-3 days onsite.

The Social Media Specialist will be:
- working closely with the creative marketing team to create social media campaigns that are consistent with the company's brand identity
- manage the day-to-day management of the company’s social media accounts
- creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries, developing, managing and attending social media influencer programs and events
- monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- analyzing, monitoring and preparing monthly reports on over social media campaign performance

This Social Media Specialist will have:
- at least 3 years developing and managing social media content and campaigns
- Bachelors degree in marketing or communications
- experience from the real estate, corporate or agency space is preferred
- proficiency with Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights
- knowledge of HTML, CSS is preferred
