Our client, an integrated brand strategy, design, and technology agency is looking for a full-time seasoned Digital Project Manager to join their team in a newly defined role within their established project management and account management practices!

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone that loves project planning for complex marketing clients, collaborating with folks across digital specialties, and enjoys working in a flexible agency environment, where they walk the walk in terms of employee advocacy and support.

This position is fully remote with the option to work in the office in Center City, Philadelphia when/if desired.

The Digital Project Manager will be:
- Translate SOWs into actionable, cohesive project plans and requirements by defining tasks, key activities, milestones and resources - for both internal and client teams - in order to create benchmarks by which to measure project progress and success.
- Lead sprint planning, project stand-ups, and project debriefs with technical, strategic, and creative practitioners as well as day-to-day Jira ticket management.
- Leverage our evolving project toolkit, and collaborate with account management and strategy roles to identify and create work plans.
- Manage estimate creation as needed to fulfill project plans or scoping needs delegated from Account Management and Business Development teams as well as change orders at the project level; the DPM identifies the need for change orders and works with practitioners and team leads to create cohesive estimates to deliver work.
- Monitor and communicate project progress, budget, and sprint velocity internally and externally; identify whether the project is adhering to plan or at risk of timeline, scope, or hours creep. Upon spotting risk, the Project Manager leads the creation and execution of risk mitigation plans with relevant team members.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for client teams to report progress, needs, and ensure client teams are able to anticipate next steps and staying on task.
- Manage and delegate project information and documentation between client-facing Basecamp, internal Confluence project bases, and supporting strategic presentations and deliverables.
- Adapt to changing needs when projects necessitate variations from established processes, focusing on client needs and end goals.
- Ensure quality of work from strategic recommendation presentations, analytical reports, to web projects and standalone design deliverables.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal processes in collaboration with team leads and partners.

The Digital Project Manager will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a client-facing project manager, account manager, or relevant role in an agency or technical environment.
- 2-3 years experience managing end-to-end CMS web design & development projects.
- Ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams from strategy, design, content, and development phases.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and the development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading multiple concurrent projects with budgets over $250k and beyond.
- Ability to forecast, benchmark, and analyze project budgets both from an hours-based as well as costs/profits approach.
- Experience with CMSs such as WordPress and Drupal with additional consideration given to digital marketing or technical backgrounds.
- Well-developed communication skills with a focus on clear, intentional, respectful written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrable an intuitive ability to leverage and maintain task management platforms such as Asana and Jira.
