Content Editor - Philadelphia (Center City)

Our global communication client is looking for a Content Editor to join their team for an 8-month project with the possibility of extending into 2022. This role is 40 hours per week.

This role is remote. Client asks that the selected candidate is able to work eastern time zone business hours.

Content Editor Responsibilities
- Participate throughout the full content - lifecycle process, and the intake and the content-publishing workflow
- Work within a team of technical writers and business analysts as part of a large-scale practice
- Provide support for releases of new products and product features by editing content and monitoring consistencies
- Develop and edit internal policy and procedure documentation for order-management and customer-support teams
- Produce and optimize online customer-support content, including self-help documentation

Content Editor Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer facing content development and management
- Experience with content-management systems and enterprise-level content collections
- Experience with enterprise content-management systems is required
- Samples of content writing and editing to share with the manager
- Media, Telecommunications or multi- system operations industry experience
- Experience with content management for call centers
- Understanding of taxonomies, content formation and templating
- Familiarity with customer support call center operations is a plus
