Digital Marketing Manager - Minneapolis

Rate Up to $75,000, depending on experience.
Our start-up client is looking for a new Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team!

You will play a crucial role in helping to expand their audience across the nation! If you're looking to strategize, create and grow their marketing efforts from the ground up, this role is for you.

Day to day:
- Develop strategy, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns / tactics. This includes email, social media, and paid and organic social, newsletters
- Rewrite and repurpose sales materials, email copy
- Work with the sales team to provide and present digital marketing reports, and optimize as needed.
- Market products in their online shop
- Handle campaign reporting and dashboards
- Audience partnership - work with social influencers and other partners that can help grow audience

Ideal candidate:
- 4+ years' experience within digital marketing, ideally in an agency or start-up environment.
- Comfortable with both strategy and execution
- Analytical/numbers-oriented
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices
- Strong writing skills
- Energetic, positive nature who is willing to wear many hats in this start-up environment.
- A plus: design and/or Google Ads and Analytics experience.
