Our worldwide communication client is looking for a UX Research Manager to join their team for an assignment.
This role will be off site until conditions improve but candidates will be expected in office, in Center City Philadelphia starting this summer.
UX Research Manager Responsibilities
- Working with the digital and UX teams performing hands on qualitative research
- Potentially overseeing two junior ux researchers
- Conducting user groups, ethnography and utilizing other observational user research techniques
- Leading panels and other surveys centered around users attitudes toward product concepts
UX Research Manager Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX qualitative research is required
- Experience in managing UX researchers is a must
- Previous work with clients including Netflix, Google, Amazon or other technology companies is highly desired
- Ability to conduct research at a high level and manage multiple stakeholders
- A portfolio showcasing previous work with digital-first fortune 500 clients
- Experience in the entertainment space is also a plus
