Our client is looking for an ACD / Creative Director to join their team!

What you'll be doing as the Creative Director in this role:
- Leading all things creative for the Canadian entity of the organization.
- Collaborating with the US creative director.
- Building and developing the creative team within Canada, including copywriters, art directors, and graphic designers.
- Leading the creative team through internal and external projects.
- Developing creative solutions that will solve problems and tackle opportunities for clients.
- Leading all levels of creative work including strategy, concept, and execution.
- Ensuring creative objectives and approaches align with both agency and clients.
- Planning and presenting ideas for both internal and external stake holders.
- Conducting performance reviews with the creative team.

Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years experience as a Creative Director.
- Experience building and leading a creative team.
- Strong ability to grow client relationships.
- Strong presentation / pitching skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising.
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

BONUS: B2B experience.
