Virtual Event Producer - Hybrid

Our client, a global financial services data and insights group, is looking for a technically savvy Virtual Event Producer to join their team starting in mid-late September.

***Please note, this role will be remote until October 1, when you will be required to be onsite 2 days per week. Proof of vaccination is required.***

In this role, the Virtual Event Producer is responsible for producing and executing conferences, virtual events, hybrid events and global multi-city roadshows using advanced features of tools like Zoom, ON24 and Live Social.

Specific responsibilities include:

- creating run of show documents
- producing virtual and hybrid events from concept to post-production efforts
- conceptualizing and designing events, working within budgets, and marketing content
- running live events

Requirements for the Virtual Event Producer include:

- 3-5 years of virtual event production experience
- strong technical skills and experience with Zoom, ON24 and Live Social; ability to get up to speed on emerging technologies quickly
- experience in all facets of high-level event/conference production: conceptualization and design, budgeting, show-calling
- familiarity with audio and video production, lighting and set design, various types of display systems/platforms, video conferencing, and graphics in PowerPoint/Keynote/Prezi
- highly detailed with experience managing logistics, vendors and working with stakeholders
