Our client is a global technology company in Northern NJ seeking a Marketing Operations Manager with tech experience. This is a direct full time role that starts REMOTELY and will transition to a hybrid schedule upon return (3 days on, 2 days off).

The Marketing Operations Manager will:
- Own the technology stack and assess new technology to streamline processes as well as manage all integrations
- Create SOPs
- Establish QA processes
- Oversee data acquisitions and data flow
- Manage data analytics and performance reporting
- Drive audience management for personalization and messaging
- Review and monitor content and CTAs
- Manage a team of 5

The Marketing Operations Manager must have:
- 7+ years of marketing operations and project management experience, preferably in tech, B2B, or data
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Skills in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience planning and managing multi-channel campaigns and outbound campaign data (push and email)
- Knowledge of automated customer journeys and attributes
- Bachelor's degree
