The tax marketing team of one of the Big Four accounting firms was revamping their digital presence — combining two websites into one and migrating the overhauled site to a new platform. The new site had various critical issues with its UX and sitemap. To maximize their digital overhaul, a strategic UX partner was needed to help execute a plan forward.
Creative Circle brought in a Senior UX Strategist, who analyzed the marketing team’s goals and devised a plan to improve the data migration process, and crafted a series of tactical recommendations to optimize the layout, harmonize the content hierarchy, and improve the overall information flow.
The UX Strategist sparked innovation in the company’s design thinking process, creating a data migration plan that was immediately actionable. Already, the organization has implemented many changes recommended for the site design and interface, with the rest of the proposed modifications being integrated in the final site relaunch.
