  • If a client asks you to refer more talent to them, you must direct them back to Creative Circle.

Yes. We are just one resource for you in your career journey. You are free to pursue opportunities outside of Creative Circle, including with other talent agencies.

The only restriction is that any job offers from a Creative Circle client within 12 months of us introducing you to that client or of your Creative Circle assignment with that client ending must go through Creative Circle.

You’ll work directly with our clients on freelance assignments. Creative Circle remains your official employer. You’ll track your hours via Creative Circle’s timecard system and receive payment from us. You’ll also stay in regular communication with the recruiter who booked you throughout the duration of your assignment.

Visit our Candidate Info page to see resources for candidates on assignment with Creative Circle, including timecard instructions, benefits details, payroll FAQs, and more. With other questions, contact the recruiter who placed you on this role.
