We charge companies a percentage service fee on top of our candidates’ agreed upon hourly rate. There is no cost to our candidates at any point.
You’ll always receive an email when your application status changes (whether you are advancing or are no longer being considered). You can also always check the status of your applications by logging into our candidate portal and going to My Jobs.
If you haven’t heard back regarding a job, that means you are still in the initial consideration stage. You have neither been rejected nor advanced to the next stage. Sometimes, you can be in this stage for a prolonged period of time if the client is taking a long time to provide feedback on the candidates we’ve shared with them.

You may not be surfacing as a good fit for our job openings, or your email settings may be preventing you from receiving them.
First, log into our candidate portal and go to My Profile. Make sure it is filled with your most up-to-date information and an ATS-friendly resume tailored for the roles that you’re looking for.
Then, go to Settings and ensure your Email Subscriptions are set to Opt-In for Email Blasts.
If you’re still not receiving our emails, your skills and experience may not align with the jobs we currently have open. We recommend staying in touch with the recruiters you’ve previously connected with, as those relationships can be valuable for future opportunities.
We employ real human recruiters to match our candidates with organizations needing talent. Some of them are featured above!
Our recruiters use an applicant tracking system, which searches resumes across Creative Circle’s full base of candidates and identifies potential fits for roles. So our ATS helps determine which roles you receive in your inbox, but you’ll be working with a real human recruiter once you apply to a role and are under consideration by a client.

Make sure to read the directions when applying. If applying via our candidate portal online, answer any optional qualifying questions you see. If applying via email, include a few bullet points explaining why you’re qualified for this opportunity and let us know your availability to interview or start.
Finally, be yourself when you speak with our recruiters. Once we get a sense of your needs, goals, and style, we can better understand what you bring to the table and share with our clients why you’re such a rock star.
