Find a role you're interested in on our Jobs page, and apply. You'll be prompted to create an online account and add your resume, portfolio, experience, rate requirements, etc.

The recruiter for that role will review your application. If you're a good match, they will schedule a call to officially register you as a Creative Circle candidate. During this call, we'll explore your previous experience, identify your strengths, discuss the types of roles you’re seeking, and delve into the specifics of the role you applied for.

Now that we know you, recruiters will call and email you directly about roles that you may be a fit for. And feel free to check our website as well; we add new jobs every day. Apply to roles that interest you!

When you've applied to roles that you're a good fit for, our recruiters will present your skillset to the clients and coordinate interviews and follow-up. Once you land an opportunity, we'll take care of all the paperwork so you can jump right in.

Does Creative Circle charge?

Our service costs only apply to the company looking for employees, not job seekers.

Our recruiters fully vet every candidate, including live interviews, technical skill assessments, soft skill evaluations, and we make billing and payments seamless. In exchange, companies pay a percentage service fee on top of our candidate’s agreed upon hourly rate.

How can I earn $500?

Know someone who’d be a great fit for Creative Circle?  Refer a friend with a creative or marketing background, and you could earn $500.

How do I start working with Creative Circle?

Find a role you’re interested in, and apply. If your skills and experience are a match for the types of roles we place, we’ll set up an interview.

Once you’re in our system, we’ll begin sending you emails about jobs that may be a good fit for you. You’ll be able to keep your information up to date in our candidate portal.

Where can I find information on cyber security and privacy?

I’m getting emailed about jobs that don’t match my skillset and experience. How do I fix this?

Log into our candidate portal and go to your profile. Update your resume, skills, portfolio, work experience, projects, and compensation. Our system will search your full profile — including your resume — to match you with jobs that are a good fit for you.

How do I update my availability and personal information?

I applied to a job on your website, in an email, or on a job site. What happens next?

If you’re a good fit — or if we have other roles that match your background and experience — a local recruiter will reach out to schedule an initial interview. From there, we’ll connect you with the client and walk you through their preferred screening process.
