Matt Riley

President

Matt Riley is a tenured leader with a diverse and accomplished career in the staffing and consulting services industry. He worked more than 20 years at Apex Systems, a sister division of Everforth Creative Circle focused on global technology services. This includes serving as chief operating officer from 2016 to 2022.

Matt has been the president of Everforth Creative Circle since 2022. He’s been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic initiatives, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences and innovative digital solutions. His extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic growth has been a key contributor to Everforth Creative Circle’s ongoing success.

Matt lives in Seattle with his wife and two daughters.

Mel has 20 proud years of creativity, passion, and dedication at Everforth Creative Circle. She’s steadily progressed and grown through the company since the startup phase — from being an all-star salesperson cultivating Fortune 500 client relationships, to now serving as the leader of operations for all geographic teams.

Mel’s love for the people and the creative energy that flows through the company fuels her relentless drive to make magic happen. With a deep commitment to both clients and candidates, Mel finds joy in shaping the future of marketing and creative services, one amazing placement and solution at a time. And yes, she still loves every minute of it!

Lauren Ferrara

EVP, Talent Strategy and Operations

Since joining Everforth Creative Circle as a recruiter in 2010, Lauren has taken on various leadership roles, shaping the way we approach both MSP and direct client delivery, enhancing our talent interactions, optimizing our applicant tracking system, and more. In her current role, Lauren ensures recruiters have the processes, tools, and strategies they need to successfully connect clients with the right talent.

Lauren began her career in public relations and advertising, working for leading agencies JWT and Publicis before transitioning into recruiting. Her background in PR, communications, and strategic operations gives her a valuable perspective on streamlining workflows and enhancing the candidate and client experience.

A New York native, Lauren lives on Long Island with her husband and two children.

Emily Webber

EVP, Enterprise Client Solutions

Emily is a 20-year Everforth Creative Circle veteran who brings expertise to servicing customers, leading high-impact growth initiatives, and aligning teams to company strategy. As leader of our Enterprise team, she is responsible for driving solutions for Fortune 100 companies, with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

Emily is known for her strategic vision and leadership in managing complex projects and fostering a collaborative work environment. Her passion for creativity and her commitment to success make her an invaluable partner to her clients.

When not busy dazzling customers with a 10/10 experience, you can find Emily in Chicago on the platform tennis courts, golfing, or mom taxiing her daughters to their various activities.

Rose is an accomplished and tenured leader who co-leads Everforth Creative Circle’s consulting services division, Creative360. She’s been with Everforth Creative Circle for 19 years in several roles before building the consulting services practice in 2017.

Rose’s leadership ensures that each client receives solutions that are meticulously designed to meet their unique needs, driving success in a dynamic marketplace. Her dedication to innovation and client service makes her and the entire Creative360 practice an invaluable asset to the customers we serve.

Rose loves racket sports, traveling, and staying up to date on the latest trends in customer experience services. She lives in Chicago with her family.

Katie Grosvenor

Katie has served clients at Everforth Creative Circle for nearly 20 years and currently co-leads our consulting services division, Creative360. She loves building partnerships and consulting on hiring plans, company growth, job responsibilities, and talent acquisition strategies. Her top motivator is managing teams to achieve professional goals and personal development, all while cultivating an engaging culture.

Katie is curious and loves encouraging her colleagues to show up as their best selves. She’s known to teammates as Katie “Kelp” (Katie + Yelp) because of her love of making recommendations for everything from the newest restaurants and best TV shows to the perfect t-shirts.
