Brand Strategy

Financial Services and Insurance

  • Embedded Studios
  • Rebrand execution and asset production.
  • We delivered over 3,000 brand assets on time, meeting an aggressive rebrand deadline while consolidating 16 brands into one. The client was so satisfied with the scalable, embedded studio model that they re-engaged us six months later to extend the rebrand.

Making an Impact

The project aimed to efficiently manage and deliver a large volume of brand assets, meet an aggressive rebrand deadline, and establish a scalable studio model for ongoing brand extension. Our team helped rebrand a mutual insurance company by consolidating 16 brands into one using an embedded studio model.

Problem

Our client, a mutual insurance company that provides financial services, urgently required a specialized studio team to lead their rebranding execution efforts consolidating 16 brands into one.

Solution

Given our experience previously on a rebranding studio effort with this client we were selected as the agency of choice to establish an embedded studio with 30 team members within 2-weeks including:
Graphic Designers (Sr. and Mid-level), Project Managers, Copywriters, Production Designers and a Producer.

We also implemented key processes:

  • Our Project Managers implemented workflows in Workfront.
  • Utilized Workfront reports for time approval and invoicing.
  • Bi-weekly leadership meetings were held to ensure the studio team met critical milestones consistently.

Result

  • 3,000+ assets delivered, including (but not limited to):
    • Template design
    • Product overviews
    • Web images
    • Email banner ads
    • Social graphics
    • Web content
    • Video assets
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • White papers
  • Aggressive rebrand deadline met.
  • Efficiently managed and delivered work at scale via Workfront.
  • Client paid only for billable hours (not a standard 40-hr/week).

Due to the success of this engagement, the client requested we establish a smaller version of the same model and team six months later to further extend the rebrand.
