Creative Recruiters match advertising, marketing, and interactive professionals to job opportunities with our clients. They spend their days meeting with candidates, reviewing resumes and creative portfolios, providing constructive feedback to potential candidates, managing client relationships, and matching available talent with freelance and full-time positions. Sales Account Executives develop partnerships with Creative Circle clients. They create new relationships, grow existing relationships, and fearlessly go after new business. They spend their days reaching potential clients through a high volume of cold calls, getting to know new clients by conducting in-person client meetings, taking requests for talent, and negotiating contracts for new positions. Other positions we may have available are Branch Support and Corporate positions, all integral parts of our sales and recruitment teams, ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations and assisting with a variety of tasks.

Branch support staff includes Operations and Recruitment CoordinatorFront Desk CoordinatorOffice Services Manager, and Sales Coordinator.

Corporate positions include roles in our Human ResourcesInformation TechnologyFinance, and Marketing departments and are largely located out of our Corporate office in Los Angeles.

We look for people with creative and/or sales backgrounds who are interested in shifting direction and using their creative and/or sales talents and experiences in a different way.
