Marketing Coordinator - Orange County (North)

Our financial client is seeking a contract Marketing Coordinator, 40 hours a week through the end of the year. This will be onsite, with social distancing and a separate work station distanced from others.

The Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
-2+ years relevant project management in marketing environment preferred
-Ideal candidate has a high degree of organizational skills (planning, coordinating, tracking) and comfort working on time-sensitive projects
-Strong cognitive/analytical and strategic thinking skills; confidence and assertiveness to ask questions and make recommendations
-Creativity in overcoming obstacles and barriers to progress

The Marketing Coordinator Duties:
-Coordinate among various departments -- Marketing, Member Experience, Branches, Legal, and Call Centers, -- to ensure that all teams have line of sight, and all concepts are socialized prior to execution or development
-Resolve day to day issues in regard to information and/or challenges presented by partners in regard to the setup, execution, or ongoing maintenance of marketing campaigns
-Identify and negotiate best path forward in accordance with marketing’s priorities, and take necessary actions required to meet requirements
-Communicate with external vendors to understand and determine project timelines, features, delivery dates, assets, capabilities and requirements if appropriate. Research billing issues.
-Provide status updates on marketing projects to business leaders, responding in a timely manner, and communicating to the appropriate marketing manager or designer for scheduling and fulfilling as needed.
-Ensure distribution of marketing literature in conjunction with Brand as appropriate
-Provide and manage project details and deadlines to ensure the assignment of tasks to various departments and business partners
-Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent offer alignment across product groups, offer codes, and marketing materials
-Track and analyze product activities, including past sales and trends
-Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
-Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
