A leading head wear brand is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team full time!

This opportunity is fully remote and requires no more than 2x a month travel to flagship stores in Phoenix, AZ and New York.

The ideal Social Media Manager will have previous experience managing multiple social media calendars and accounts, creating effective social campaigns, and providing strategies based on analytics, product launches, etc. You will also have experience working in street wear, head wear, apparel, foot wear, or similar!

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and innovate a global social media strategy while exceeding what is considered industry best engagement scores
- Work with the Senior Brand Manager to develop, plan, and execute on organic social media — building a content strategy across key channels including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok, along with new channels – and establishing KPIs
- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and Community Manager to ensure strategy is aligned and KPIs are being met (and surpassed!)
- Manage a social content calendar and posting schedule that supports brand initiatives with use of on-brand assets and consistent brand voice
- Work with Creative to concept and project manage organic social content creation for feed and stories, including regular photoshoots and graphic-led stories
- Develop best practices and standards to ensure scalability, and keep a pulse on industry developments, creative trends, and culturally relevant moments to push social media forward with efficiency
- Focus on continuously improving the social media experience for followers while considering new and innovative ways to foster online growth

Social Media Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of Social Media experience
- Strong copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling. Must understand the importance of brand voice alongside delivering second-to-none engaging customer experiences
- Strong background in social media analytics, and experience presenting social media results to senior stakeholders (in other words, the ability to tell a story based on data)
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and how each platform can be used most efficiently as it relates to the brand
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google suites, in particular spreadsheets, presentations, documents
